Terms of Service
Last updated: August 24, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Health Stacker, a publication of Barker Publishing Network
("Health Stacker", "we", "us"). They govern your use of the healthstacker.com website,
your account, and your purchase of digital guides and related materials (together, the
"Service"). By using the Service or completing a purchase you accept these Terms. If you
do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Health Stacker sells digital, educational guide collections about supplement categories
(for example GLP-1 support, peptides, and general supplements). All content is educational
research and consumer-protection information — it is not medical advice, and no
statement on the Service should be read as a recommendation to start, stop, or combine any
medication, peptide, or supplement. The Disclaimers page is part of these
Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the
Service. By purchasing, you represent that you meet these requirements.
3. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
- Notify us promptly at support@healthstacker.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts for fraud, abuse, unauthorized sharing of content, or violation of these Terms. Where reasonable, we will warn you first.
4. Purchases, Pricing & Billing
- Prices are shown at checkout and charged in USD via Stripe or PayPal. Taxes are added where required.
- Offers may include one-time purchases, order bumps, and post-purchase upsells; each is presented with its own price before you confirm it. No purchase is ever charged without an explicit confirming click.
- Obvious pricing errors may be corrected; if we cancel an order because of one, you receive a full refund.
- We may change prices prospectively at any time; changes never affect a purchase you have already completed.
5. Subscriptions and Payment Plans (Where Offered)
Most Health Stacker products are one-time purchases. Where a subscription or payment plan
is offered, it is clearly identified as such before you pay, including the amount and
frequency of charges and how to cancel. You may cancel a subscription at any time from
your dashboard or by emailing support@healthstacker.com, with effect at the end of the current billing
period — cancellation is never harder than sign-up. Payment plans continue until the
stated number of installments completes or the purchase is refunded under the
6. Digital Delivery
Guides are delivered to your account dashboard, and by email where stated, immediately
after successful payment. Because products are digital, "delivery" means availability in
your dashboard. If a purchase does not appear within a few minutes, contact support@healthstacker.com and
we will fix it.
7. Refunds
Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy, including the **30-day money-back
guarantee**. For EEA/UK consumers: by purchasing digital content delivered immediately,
you request immediate performance and acknowledge that the statutory 14-day withdrawal
right ends once delivery begins — our 30-day guarantee applies regardless and is more
generous.
8. License; Acceptable Use
Purchases grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and
read the content for your own use. You may not:
- resell, redistribute, publish, or share the guides or your account access;
- scrape, bulk-download, or systematically extract site content;
- use the content to train machine-learning models or to build a competing product;
- circumvent access controls or payment flows.
We may revoke access (with a refund where required by law) if these restrictions are
violated.
9. Intellectual Property
All site content, guides, designs, and branding are owned by Health Stacker, a publication of Barker Publishing Network or its licensors
and are protected by copyright and other laws. Third-party product names mentioned in
guides belong to their owners; Health Stacker is independent and unaffiliated (see
10. User Communications
If you send us feedback or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to
use them without obligation. Do not send us confidential information.
11. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind,
express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or
non-infringement. Health content changes as research evolves; we do not warrant that any
guide is current, complete, or error-free. Your statutory warranties, where they cannot be
disclaimed, are unaffected.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law: (a) our aggregate liability for any claim relating
to the Service is limited to **the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the
claim**; and (b) we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or
punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for
fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing
limits non-waivable consumer rights in your jurisdiction.
13. Indemnification
You will indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your violation of these
Terms or misuse of the Service, to the extent permitted by law.
14. Termination
You may close your account at any time by emailing support@healthstacker.com. We may suspend or terminate
access as described in Section 3. Sections that by their nature survive (intellectual
property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, disputes) survive termination. Closing
your account does not by itself refund any purchase; the Refund Policy
controls refunds.
15. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of the operator's principal place
of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the consumer-protection
law of your home jurisdiction applies mandatorily. **Before filing any claim, you agree to
contact us at support@healthstacker.com** and give us 30 days to resolve the issue informally — most issues
are resolved this way. Nothing in these Terms prevents you from bringing a claim in small
claims court or from complaining to a consumer-protection authority.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms prospectively. The "Last updated" date reflects the current
version; material changes will be notified by email to account holders where required.
Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. If you do
not agree to a change, stop using the Service; purchases already made remain governed by
the terms in effect when you bought.
17. Miscellaneous
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect.
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy,
Disclaimers, and Cookie Policy are the entire agreement
between you and us about the Service. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them in connection with a business transfer.
